1. General
These Terms govern the use of the SMTailor service and applications provided by SMTailor, [UZUPEŁNIJ ADRES ADMINISTRATORA PRZED PUBLIKACJĄ].
By using SMTailor you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
2. The service
SMTailor supports marketing-content planning and creation, including business-profile analysis, social-media strategy, post ideas, graphics, reels, project editing and other features made available in the application.
Features may change as the product develops and some may require a particular plan, application version or third-party integration.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
Do not share your account with unauthorised persons or use it in a way that compromises the service. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support@smtailor.com.
4. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in text, photos, videos, audio, logos, brand information and other materials you submit to SMTailor.
You grant us a non-exclusive right to technically store, copy, process and modify those materials only as needed to provide SMTailor, follow your instructions, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions and legal basis necessary to submit and use your materials.
5. AI-generated content
SMTailor uses AI models to prepare strategy ideas, text, graphics, reels and other project elements. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs or require editing.
Before publication you should review legal compliance, accuracy, copyright, trademarks, image rights, product information, prices and other relevant elements.
SMTailor does not guarantee that generated content is unique, will achieve a particular marketing result or will be accepted by a specific social platform.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service in accordance with law, third-party rights and the rules of platforms you connect.
You must not use SMTailor to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, send unlawful spam, bypass security, gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or conduct unlawful activity.
7. Meta and other integrations
SMTailor may connect to third-party services such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram, payment providers, media services and other tools. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control third-party API availability. A dependent feature may be limited, changed or unavailable when a provider changes its rules, API or permissions.
8. Paid plans, billing and cancellation
Prices, plan scope, billing periods and any trial are shown before purchase or in the user account. Payments may be handled by an external payment provider, including Stripe.
Where a subscription renews automatically, you can cancel it through the available account mechanism or support. Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
Refunds are provided where required by mandatory law or where expressly included in the relevant offer.
9. SMTailor intellectual property
Rights in the SMTailor software, interface, name, logo, design elements, documentation and service materials remain with their respective owners.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of SMTailor to you; they only grant a limited right to use the service under your current plan and these Terms.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep SMTailor available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of every feature. Maintenance, updates, outages, security events or third-party providers may cause interruptions.
We may develop, modify or discontinue features where justified by product development, security, law or changes to external services.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion according to the Data deletion page.
We may restrict or suspend an account where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of the reason.
12. Responsibility
SMTailor is an assistive tool. You remain responsible for publication decisions, campaigns, legal compliance of content and your use of social platforms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by third-party platform downtime, misuse of generated material or your infringement of third-party rights. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy and deletion
Personal-data processing is described in the SMTailor Privacy Policy.
Instructions for requesting deletion of your account and data are available on the Data deletion page. At present, requests can be sent to support@smtailor.com from the email address associated with the account.
14. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service, law or integrations change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
